Lighthouse Audiovisual Light and Sound Limited


All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

All products are subject to availability.

All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty.


When confirmation of order is received by Lighthouse Audiovisual Light and Sound Limited this  indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and hence a contract between us when we send you an email changing your order to processing which then enters us into a contract for the purchase. We have included this in our terms and conditions to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing or we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change in pricing we will always contact you first to ensure that the correct price is acceptable.

In most cases the Customer's signature will be required at time of receipt and goods cannot be left without a signature.

Claims for non delivery, missing items or damage to goods in transit must be made within 7 working days of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after this time. Goods found to be faulty from new by our technical department can be returned for replacement or refund,
Headphones / Microphones that have been used can not be returned due to hygiene reasons. The customer must notify Lighthouse Audiovisual Light and Sound Limited within 7 days of receipt of the goods. We will arrange collection of the faulty goods through our Courier.

The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items, or will be responsible for the direct cost of collection of such items. A refund less any handling or restocking fees will be issued within 14 days of
Lighthouse Audiovisual Light and Sound Limited receiving the item.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future.

The type of information we will collect about you includes:

email address 
credit/debit card details 
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behavior of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.

Changes to Our Privacy Policy
From time to time we may make changes to our privacy policy. If we make changes, we will post them on our site to make users aware of what the changes are so users will always be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. A user is bound by any changes to the policy when she or he uses the site after those changes have been posted.
