Additional Charges For large items:    
An additional charge for some items over 26kg or items over 1.6 metre in length these items will be quoted as when required i.e Stages, Trussing etc but most are covered in our  Stated Delivery Charges. Please contact us if you need any advice.

Delivery Times:
 
UK- Products are usually shipped within 1- 3 days of ordering for delivery within the UK depending upon brand and stock availability some items have estimated delivery times on listings , for any further enquiries please call or use our Chat to ask or leave message if your order is required next day and we will be happy to try and facilitate this for you.  If you place an order & there is going to be a delay we will notify you by email within 24 hours ( Except Weekends & Public Holidays ) of placing your order.  If an item is out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours ( Except Weekends & Public Holidays) of placing your order and you can decide whether you wish to wait for the item or to have a full refund.  
 
Scottish Highlands & Islands - Delivery will normally be within 2-5 working days.  If there is going to be a delay we will notify you by email within 48 hours of placing your order.  If an item is out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours of placing your order and you can decide whether you wish to wait for the item or to have a full refund.  If a refund is required, this will be issued within 14 days.
